Thank you for shopping with Lymerra. Here's what to expect after you place your order.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another email with tracking as soon as it ships.

Delivery time

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment partner's international warehouse. Estimated delivery is 7–12 business days after your order ships, for a total of about 8–14 business days from purchase. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier or customs delays outside our control.

Shipping costs

Free shipping on orders of $50 or more.
Standard shipping is $3.95 on orders under $50.
Final shipping costs are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking

Your tracking number and link will be emailed when your order ships. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to show updates.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to correct it, email us right away. We can update it only before the order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of purchase, contact us and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
